For the 3rd year I've been invited to participate at the Canada Blooms center stage. This year i was very happy to share the stage with Shawna McLaughlin of Opulence Events & Julie Drago, President of CAFA. What a terrific time.

Bridgett: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; Growing up in rural southern ontario with a mother whose insatiable curiosity of plants, wild and hybridized, I accepted early on that growing things were a vital part of life. My father, an english ex-pat, had a farmers intuition about nature and a deep appreciation of the growing cycle. We grew everything from carrots and potatoes to hawthorn and sumach, whose berries my dad swore turned the pigs their lovely rosy pink.
